Job Posting for Loan Servicing/Escrow Specialist at TICKETNETWORK INC

RCN Capital is seeking a Loan Servicing/Escrow Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. This person will be responsible for Escrow Tracking, Payments, and Transfers to Investors and 3rd party servicers.  They will take ownership of all post closing activities, including borrower inquiries.

Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of the lending life cycle and will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily:

  • Review Escrow Calculations - pre-closing
  • New Loan Setup/Audit
  • Coordinate Transfers to 3rd Party Servicer
  • Coordinate Sales to Investors
  • Work with Accounting, Closing, & Treasury as needed

Customer Service:

  • Liaison to Investors, Servicers, Loan Officers, and Borrowers
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Subject Matter Expert - 30 year loan products & Escrow

Create Processes and Procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Required Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in Loan Servicing
  • 1 year of experience using MS Office applications in a professional environment

Education:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate preferred

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
