What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Attendant position at Tidal Wave Auto Spa?
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is looking for Customer Service Attendants for our new location in Cedar Falls, IA (416 Brandilynn Blvd)
Compensation target: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour with potential for pay increases as experience is gained.
Additional: Monthly commission potential.
Basic duties will include but not limited to:
· Greet customers at pay stations and explain services in a professional manner.
· Safely guide customers onto wash conveyor and prep vehicle before washing.
· Meticulously clean facility to include pressure washing, window washing, landscape maintenance and trash removal.
· Provide customers with an enthusiastic, friendly experience.
· Work is performed outside and requires standing and other physical activities.
· Must be willing to work weekends.
· Work as part of team.
Minimum requirements:
· Ability to learn and perform all services, safety protocols and car wash systems.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
· Must submit to drug testing and background check.
· Must be at least 16 years of age.
· Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
