A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Tidal Wave is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment, and our Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team! What We Will Provide :
- Flexible scheduling that can work around any life dynamic. Part-time and Full-Time positions are available.

What Your Day Will Look Like :
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
What You Will Need :
- Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
- At least 16 years of age.
