It feels diminutive of the precision and skill it takes to be a great home cleaning specialist. We actually believe that all domestic workers, such as house cleaners, nannies, and home health aides are always essential and valued workers and deserve the care, respect, and compensation that matches the level of energy they are putting into their craft. We are looking for part-time (20 hrs or more) and full-time (35 hrs) cleaners to take on our quick turnover Airbnb and vacation home cleanings and regular weekly residential cleanings in the Tacoma, University Place, and Lakewood areas.

Responsibilities:
VRBO/Airbnb: The cleaning requirements are similar to a hotel turnover; washing/drying and changing out bed linens and towels, wiping down/disinfecting/vacuuming all spaces, and then refilling and restocking supplies, etc. as needed. It is relatively straightforward work, but requires an extremely detailed eye to not miss any spot.
Residential: We also clean for several families and some small businesses who need one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning. We offer standard and deeper cleanings, both with specific checklists.
Move-outs: We also periodically offer move-out cleaning services for homeowners and apartment complexes. These are similar to deep cleans with extra services added to accommodate new tenants.
Requirements:
We are looking for professional folks who are already comfortable with cleaning and have direct experience in this field. We are offering approximately 20 hrs per week with the opportunity to grow up to 35hrs (full-time) within 8 to 12 weeks. We are a unique company and looking for unique individuals who appreciate the independence and flexibility a cleaning job can allow, and who also take pride in their work and manner with clients.
Right now we are looking for cleaners available Monday to Friday, with availability for very limited weekend work as needed. We post the cleaning schedule on a biweekly basis.
We expect the following in our cleaners:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the cleaning field or relevant experience
- experience from custodians, janitorial, housekeeping, or maid services is a plus.
- additional experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), home-health aide, or daycare experience may also be considered.
- be detail oriented, independent, and reliable
- must be willing to conduct a background check
- reliable and insured transportation
- valid drivers' license with good driving record
- able and willing to work at least 15 hrs/week from 9am to 5pm
- is familiar and comfortable with cleaning products and supplies (vacuum, etc.)
- is familiar and comfortable working in both teams and independently
- must be able to lift 25 - 35 lbs
- own a mobile phone with text, calling, and Jobber app (smart phone) capabilities
- have an active email account
- be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
COVID: We follow state protocols and regulations. We currently still require all employees to wear masks while inside of a client's home until further notice.
