Job Title: Project Specialist (Robot Division)
Description: This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a customer facing role in high growth business: robotic automation. This is a full-time role that supports the customer service, quotation development, and project management functions with exposure to the overall operations of the company. The successful candidate will possess outstanding attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reports To: Manager, Engineering Services
Skills / Qualifications:
- Good communications skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in manufacturing, customer service
- Exposure to developing quotation preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to excel in a team environment.
- Good computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, database etc.)
- Must have proficient ability to read and write English.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working with and resolving ambiguity.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals preferred
- Reliable and dependable to work 5 days a week (minimum)
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
Position Duties:
- Interact with sales team and customers to create quotes and process sales orders.
- Manage order fulfillment from approval through invoicing.
- Take calls from customers to help resolve issues or triage to the proper function.
- Maintains project records, monitors progress and solves or escalates related issues
- Research item pricing to facilitate customer quoting and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels of robots and component parts.
- Compile sales order, project status and inventory related metrics.
- Overtime on weekdays or weekend may be required.
