Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical construction management, project coordination, and possess strong time management skills.

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality control.
- Prepare bids and estimates
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

-Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in project management in related field
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accubid experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
