TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Fire and Security Company in the Freeport area on their search for a Technician with experience in Fire and Security to work on medium to large-scale projects ranging in value up to $1 Million.
You will engage in and influence the safety culture. The technician will also take part in selecting and mentoring project staff and ensuring that the entire team works together efficiently to complete the project safely, on time, and on budget.
Job Title : Technician (2 years)
Project Types : Industrial, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities :
Able to perform all essential Technician job responsibilities
Experience and comfort performing
Assistant Project Manager’s and Project Engineer’s responsibilities
Maintain the project schedule and budget
Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Contractors
Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures Manage project deliverables
Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Skills & Qualification :
High school diploma or GED.
2 years experience. Industrial, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare experience
