ExodusDirect in Des Moines is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Master Scheduler. This position will process and prioritize our daily orders while acting as a warehouse lead in all areas of production. The ideal candidate would also be able to act as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor in giving direction to warehouse employees to maintain productivity, and timely fulfillment of orders. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficient computer skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage incoming warehouse orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment
• Ability to become a subject matter expert in all shipping processes and guidelines.
• Ensure shipping teams stay on task and meet end of day deadlines.
• Close out orders efficiently and accurately by close of business.
• Provide support in warehouse operations in areas such as picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Management of internal transfers within our warehouse management system.
• Assist in training and directing employees to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow up on customer support requests for priority orders.
• Understand and effectively ship LTL orders.
• Always lead with a focus on safety and quality.
• Keep personal work areas clean, neat & organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Proficient understanding and experience of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within a team concept.
• Confident and consistent leader in a team setting.
• Positive, self-starting, can-do attitude.
• Creativity in problem-solving
• Able to lift 40 pounds on own
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
