Tiger Lines LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a
Seasonal Administration staff member. This role will primarily focus on supporting the
accounting team with various administrative tasks, including scanning documentation into
NetSuite, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and filing. Additionally, during the
busy season, you will collaborate with the HR team on orientations, Verification of Employments
(VOE's), and scanning documents into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Flexibility and a
willingness to assist other departments as needed are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Scan documentation into NetSuite and the ATS
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Provide administrative support to the HR team during orientations and VOE's
Collaborate with other departments as needed
Maintain accurate filing systems
Requirements:
Basic Excel knowledge
Experience with filing and administrative tasks
Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
NetSuite knowledge is a plus
Proficient in scanning documents
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Compensation: $18-$19 per hour
Duration: Seasonal position with the possibility of transitioning to part-time employment after
the season ends.
