Job description
TigerTree is looking for an Landscaping Crew Lead to join our team in beautiful Laramie, Wyoming! This position would be primarily responsible for the safe, and efficient mobilization of crews, supervision, and quality control of all landscaping operations. Other duties will include installing patios, sprinkler systems, and grading/hardscapes. As a crew lead you would also be tasked with fostering an environment where you can further their growth, and your own, here at TigerTree.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has strong communication skills, is trainable, respectful, has a dependable work ethic, and is able to adapt to a multitude of situations. We are looking for a great fit for the company and someone we can invest time, energy, and training into year-round.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plant trees, perennials, and shrubs
- Install sprinkler systems
- Demolition work
- Install hardscapes, patio, fences, decorative rocks, etc.
- Navigate customer database software.
- Use of a variety of equipment including but not limited to chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, skid steers, fleet vehicles/trailers, etc.
- Assist in various field maintenance work as required
- Maintain records of work performed
- Execute leadership and guidance of seasonal workers in the safe, quality standards that TigerTree upholds
- Be able to work with and without direct supervision, but communicate effectively with crew members and management
- Drive trucks with trailers, and operate equipment safely

Qualifications
- Drivers License
- Personal cellular phone
- Clean driving record
- Basic plant knowledge & hardscape experience is helpful in this position, as well as knowledge of grading and drainage. Our end goal is to ensure that we always exceed our customer’s expectations and deliver services within our client’s budget and our company goals.
