We are looking for an enthusiastic server or bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good servers and bartenders will be able to create an experience for every single guest through hospitality and caring. We are looking for great people every single day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Provide top notch hospitality and service
- Create an experience for every single guest by taking the time to "get to know them"
- Plan and present food and beverage menus
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar and service inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or server
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing drinks and/or waiting tables
- Computer literacy- basic
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar and side stations organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
