We are looking for a Paralegal who will work alongside a team of attorneys to process and file paperwork, review the legalities of documents, conduct research, draft legal memos and assist with legal operations. The complex issues that come up in the course of our work require candidates to have excellent research and administrative skills, superior communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to use their talents to become a valued member of our innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Produce legal documents and correspondence.
- Research, write and edit legal documents.
- Resolve conflicts between parties.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws.
- Adhere to all ethics policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel in order to reach a resolution for all issues in dispute.
- Communicate with clients and attorneys to ensure that the client's rights are upheld at all times.
