We are looking for a Service Coordinator to help with the day-to-day process of warranty claims & service requests. 

This person will be responsible for responding to clients, providing accurate information, and coordinating/scheduling work orders in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve.

**The ideal candidate will also be fluent in English & Spanish (preferably but NOT REQUIRED). **


Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Collect data 
  • Review warranty claims & service requests 
  • Accept or reject claims 
  • Coordinate site visits, repairs, and inspections
  • Collaborate with vendors and/or service technicians 
  • Address any issues in real time with clients
  • Deliver excellent client service 
  • Invoicing
