We are looking for a proactive individual with great attention to detail, who is well structured and can remain calm under pressure.
This is an important role within the Growth Agency Team at TikTok. This Agency Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, selling, administrating client accounts including integration and planning work with cross functional teams and growing independent agency revenue at TikTok.
Job Description
- Work closely with your direct leader to cultivate a list of prospective agencies
- Pitch solutions-oriented concepts and products to agencies and the KPI's they represent on behalf of their clients
- Foster a key relationship with the Sales Operations team to ensure all client data is accurate
- Build a strong relationship with agency partners
- Utilize solutions oriented sales approach to sell TikTok ad products to agencies
- Demonstrate expertise in our internal onboarding processes for agency contracts, auction agreement and ensure onboarding of agencies is running smoothly.
- Drive pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting of your book of business
- Prioritize book of business to maximize and accelerate revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales or account management at a relevant digital/social media technology company or agency firm
- Ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
- First hand experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, agency businesses)
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional partners to resolve technical problems is a plus
