About You
The creative agency development manager will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and development of TTCX creative agencies. They will work with global cross-functional teams in PSO, partnerships, sales and product to understand the creative agency landscape and drive both agency and advertiser success on TTCX and TikTok for the long term.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source TikTok-first creative agencies via research or outreach
- Manage inbound partner leads from vetting to onboarding
- Assess creative agency performance via quantitative data, qualitative reviews of creative assets and feedback from advertisers
- Manage regular touchpoints with agencies to exchange feedback
- Set policies, processes and scorecards to manage agencies at scale
- Work cross-functionally to deliver regular partner education
- Inform and influence TTCX product roadmap
- Passion for TikTok and appreciation for the art and science of compelling ad creatives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders
- Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action
- Experience with digital advertising, creative agencies, client/partner management or growth stage start-ups a plus
