About the Team
Human Resources Business Intelligence (HRBI) provides people analytics, aka HR data analytics and consulting, as a service to HR Business Partner teams. Our team works with HRBP on projects ranging the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning, hiring, performance management, engagement, leadership, to attrition. By partnering with TikTok multiple functions, HRBI provides accurate and timely analysis and insights to enable data-driven management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business deeply, through data analysis, research, interviews and other methods to proactively identify and predict strategic issues and come up with feasible recommendations to the stakeholders;
• Cultivate strong relationships with Human Resources Business Partners and other stakeholders that enable the successful delivery of reports, dashboards and analytics;
• Establish and iterate our people analytics approach to business problems via advanced analysis and understanding the data infrastructure at TikTok;
• As a promoter of HR data delivery applications, cooperate with related businesses and functions to continuously iterate people analytics product offerings;
• Work effectively in a complex, global, fast-paced matrixed environment, filled with tight deliverable timeframes and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, statistics, human resource management, economics, organizational behavior, psychology, industrial psychology, organizational psychology, financial management, accounting, or a related field is preferred;
• 5 years of HR data related experience. Prior experience in people analytics, business analytics, industry research or consulting firm background is preferred;
• Interest in solving management and strategic problems with numbers. Have analytical mindset and framework thinking, can accurately define problems, propose hypotheses and provide solutions;
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with a variety of different HR and business stakeholders, excellent communication skills and ability to influence others. Good at storytelling;
• Using SQL, Tableau, R, Python or other analysis tools will be a plus. Looking forward to you with an interest in producing complex dashboards for HR that deliver business impact.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124800 - $228000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
