Our User Operations team is focused on bringing a world-class experience to our users. To do this, we're looking for a sharp and culturally-conscious Quality Assurance specialist to help us ensure consistency in the way we understand local content even when our teams are global.
This role will work in the Ecosystem Labelling team, bringing data quality and accuracy to our video labeling in order to make sure we have a solid grasp of the content on the platform and procure high-quality, useful data to our internal stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular quality assessment of content category matches
- Make expert calls on nuances in content understanding and categorization
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure that our processes are sound, and recommend updates and changes when needed to keep our systems relevant
- Identify, define, and document new branches of content to monitor when new trends emerge
- Work with cross-functional managers to ensure that the data we collect is serving our internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years experience, or High School/GED with 2 years experience.. Education or experience in media, data, or business a plus.
- A cultural savant. You're in tune with the social media scene and are familiar with a broad spectrum of content types, are quick to catch on to new patterns, and love it. You have an eye for nuance. Semantics of cultural niche is something you love to talk about, and you consider yourself well-versed in many content avenues. If you're on what seems like every side-community and niche group, you'll be a great fit.
- Organized and proactive. You can mind-map like a pro and your documentation skills are top-notch. You can predict what you'll need before you need it and are good at being prepared.
- Data-oriented. You know numbers don't lie and like to find the story behind what causes data shifts. You're adept at reading charts, and have a grasp on reporting and metrics.
- Accuracy driven. Closet perfectionists, we're looking at you! This is the place to let your "almost, but not quite" habit run wild.
- Self-motivated. You're good at finding the next right-move, and aren't afraid to speak up when you see something fishy. You hold yourself accountable to operate with urgency and embrace ambitious goals.
