We have an opening for a Team Lead role to manage individual contributors, who will support strategic verticals to achieve the goals of our advertisers and agencies. They will partner with other peer leaders to scale and provide operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This leader will have experience in coaching and developing individuals in their team - aligning their strengths and empowering them to grow professionally in their career. With a passionate and strategic voice, this role will partner with cross-departmental teams to enable client success on the platform, and is proactive in supporting their team on the field as needed. The role will report to the Head of NA Sales Solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 5 employees to deliver results against key metrics of success
- Ensure that the team is accountable for their firm understanding of internal processes, tools, systems and TikTok Ad Products
- Implement and scale best practices such as QA and campaign checklists to retain and fulfill 100% of delivered revenue.
- Establish and build relationships with cross-functional partners to evolve TIkTok's ad platform and product operation efficiencies.
- Optimize and develop escalation paths as needed with cross-functional teams to reduce time spent on issue resolution.
- Set and manage the team's expectation to provide first-in class client satisfaction and support
- Solutions oriented in conflict management and leading initiatives to deliver results.
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of management experience of a team of 5 or more
- Ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and issue resolution
- Ability to leverage data and insights to measure ad ops success metrics and identify efficiency gaps for areas of improvement
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and understanding ad product nuances
- Experience in campaign management and ad trafficking
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams in high growth environments
- Experience with managing sales and client expectations through a deep understanding of their challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- High attention to detail and very organized
- Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
- Thrives in environments where change is constant
