Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the LIVE Content Manager will be responsible for the overall content quality and building showcases for LIVE Content, with a focus on creator education and the cadence and format of high quality content showcase.

Role:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and build an educational strategy for creators to leverage in their creation of high-quality content
- Develop and project manage LIVE content cadence and format with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content programming with safety and quality measurements
- Gather insights and regular feedback from creator management team, conduct workshops and provide resources to help creators achieve success
- Experienment with different content formats and combinations of LIVE features for better, fun, entertaining experience on TikTok LIVE.
- Research trends in popular culture and find creative ways to lead the conversation through LIVE content venues
- Idealizing LIVE content programs that differentiates TikTok LIVE for creators to participate in
- BS/BA and 3 years of experience working in content development, community management, campaign management, social content, and content production
- Strong understanding of culture and how to drive influence at scale to creator and internet community
- Experienced in working with opinion leaders on social platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
- Strong understanding of merging content strategy and popular entertainment
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
- Strong creative copy writing skills
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
