Team Intro
The USDS Security - Risk & Compliance team is responsible for managing USDS security compliance in accordance with US compliance requirements and objectives, and providing industry leading governance, risk, and compliance services.
The core service offerings include: Compliance & Security Risk Management, Controls & Compliance Framework, Security Compliance Policies, Charters, & Protocols, Vendor Program & Third-Party Risk Management, Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Platform, and Security & Compliance Behavior & Culture.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
TikTok is seeking a Training and Awareness Analyst to be part of the USDS Security Risk and Compliance team. The Training and Awareness Analyst will have a significant impact on advancing the security and compliance culture and behavior of the USDS organization. The Analyst will play a vital role in development and facilitation of training and awareness content, identifying program gaps and driving maturity, and helping to establish metrics to measure program effectiveness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cultivating cultural behavior within the organization that prioritizes security and compliance
• Championing security and compliance best practices through development of engaging training materials
• Promoting awareness of risk and compliance-related initiatives and USDS objectives and requirements
• Working with cross-functional leaders to support the development of role-based and specific use case training
• Establishing and collecting metrics to assess the efficacy of the Training & Awareness Program, and continuing to leverage metrics to iterate on collateral
• Compiling quarterly metrics for phishing simulations, ensuring accurate data representation and analysis
• Developing collateral (e.g., presentations, workshops, discussion forums) for internal USDS Security and Privacy team marketing
• Ensuring training and awareness content and initiatives are aligned with USDS requirements and objectives, and meet industry standards
• Creating campaigns based on risk assessment, utilizing various communication channels such as webinars, gamification, videos, infographics, social media, and blogs

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2 years of work experience in communications, journalism, writing, marketing or related areas.
• 1 years of experience in Security Education & Awareness or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content management and a strong understanding of graphic design and video production tools (familiarity with Articluate 360, Camtasia and Canva preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple IT operational and security disciplines
• Familiarity with IT security concepts, practices and tools
• Team player and motivated self-starter who is resourceful and possesses a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness
• Works well under pressure, within time and budget constraints, to solve problems and meet objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire change
• Executive level training and awareness experience is a plus

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98800 - $196000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
