We are looking for tax professionals that have a tax client base or professionals that have an existing client base in other service based industry such as Cosmetology, Barbers, Insurance agents, Sales professionals etc.
The Tax Franchise is one of the best tax preparation companies in the industry. We take pride in making sure our services are extraordinary and provide our clients with information concerning our firm’s unique, low-pressure approach to personal and professional services. The Tax Franchise is a full-service tax preparation firm. We are looking for experienced tax professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and have previous business ownership experience along with 2 year’s tax preparation experience in a management role. Will train the right person with the proper business ownership and/or management experience.
Position Description
- Independent Partner that Learns how Run day to day operations of the office for the tax company
- Manage the Company Marketing Program for the area to build market share
- Book appointments from marketing programs
- Filing IRS and State Tax Returns
- Amending Clients past tax returns when needed
- Cross-selling other company products and services

Job Requirement
- Must be able to work Full Time Seasonal (Tax Season)
Education Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma and 2 years of college-level classes completed
- Must be able to obtain or have a PTIN (Personal Tax Identification Number)
