The Sr. Sales Operations Manager is a key player at Tile who will be responsible for managing the operational activities supporting key accounts, which includes sales operations tasks, product allocation, order management, weekly revenue attainment reporting, process improvement, and establishing best practices. This person needs to be very organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is someone with the drive to take ownership of complex tasks/projects and react effectively to dynamic challenges in a high-intensity environment.
