Graphic Designer

Tilebar is a rapidly expanding company that is revolutionizing the tiles industry in the United States by implementing cutting-edge technology, innovative practices, and a distinctive product line. We aim to reshape the way homeowners shop for tiles and home decor. With an ambitious vision to become the leading player in the multi-billion-dollar tiles market, we seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Cost Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.

We are looking for a positive, motivated, and creative Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of prior experience to add to our hard-working team of talented design creatives. In this role, you are responsible for hands-on design of print and digital collaterals, packaging product graphic development from concept to production, creating original & trend-forward design concepts, and ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the production process. This position involves but is not limited to logo creation, branding, presentation, web design (no coding), and marketing materials.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Responsibilities

• Design print media such as architecture binders and Brochure, as well as Sample cards in numerous sizes
• Redesigning artwork based on existing or new spec
• Work with typography, copy, and editing to create a final concept of collateral
• Create digital mock-ups, renderings, and prototypes
• Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating them for finalization
• Brainstorm and present ideas to the team
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentation
• Working with templates in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Design web landing page, product page, digital banners, and pop-up page
• Ability to create email blasts and web banners quickly by incorporating nice typography

Qualifications

• BFA or BS in graphic design or related major
• At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience in a related field
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are paramount to this role
• Ability to spot and assimilate trend-forward digital design into your creations.
• Advanced user of Adobe CC, specifically: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Knowledge of Sketch or Invision is a plus
• Strong branding and logo design skills
• Knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure
• Excellent typography skills with refined eyes for details
• Photography editing and light retouching capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
• Ability to prepare mockup packaging or digital collateral for review
• The ability to render 3D rendering for presentation is a plus
