Litigation Associate Attorney Civil/Criminal - Civil 0 - 10 years experience
Small, prestigious and dynamic White Plains litigation firm is looking for a law clerk to assist with writing briefs, motions,  pleadings and other legal documents and assisting with client interactions.  The law clerk will be exposed to a wide array of litigation including commercial and real estate litigation, family law, criminal defense, Surrogate's Court litigation, Class-Action and landlord-tenant. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, be organized and able to work independently, have excellent research and writing skills and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.  This is an entry level position, but some litigation experience is helpful. Full Time Salary and Excellent Benefits package which includes Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits and 401K with matching are available.  Part-Time hours will be considered.  This position may convert to a full-time lawyer position after bar admission.
