Store Operations Supervisor

Who We Are:

We are a leading specialty retailer of casual apparel, footwear and accessories for young men, young women, boys and girls with an extensive assortment of iconic global, emerging, and proprietary brands rooted in an active and social lifestyle. We are based out of sunny Southern California at the Tilly’s RSC. You’ll hear the term RSC a lot, it stands for Retail Support Center since our corporate offices are here to support our retail and online stores.

Responsibilities:

• Written Store and Department communication (memos, Store Policies and Procedures, training materials, Store Ops instructions, etc.).
• Identifies opportunities and initiates communication to Stores.
• Reviews content for accuracy, analyzing the context, identifying and initiating updates.
• Manages workload schedule for Stores; analyzes requests from other departments and advises on timing as well as implementation plans
• Creates/implements tools to simplify procedures for Stores.
• Creates and updates forms and lists.
• Provides feedback as requested for the development and/or improvement of systems.
• Participates in POS systems testing.
• Provides support and service to RDs, DMs and Stores.
• Ensures Company standards are being maintained.
• Executes tasks and responsibilities with urgency and meets deadlines.
• Provides support for special projects (meetings, contests, etc.).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of two years of SM experience at an apparel retailer.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint experience and/or proficiency preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience a plus.
• Excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading ability.
• Analytical and excels at problem solving.
• Typing of 45-55 wpm.
• Organizational and formatting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency

What to Expect?

Hourly Salary Range: $27-$30: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Hybrid role based out of our Irvine, CA HQ with a minimum of 4 days in office.
