Licensed Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques is beneficial

- Must get P&C License before starting.
