We are currently seeking a customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with their banking needs and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in banking or customer service is a plus.

· Less than 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment

· Less than 1 year experience in cash handling

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and assist them with transactions, inquiries, and account maintenance.

· Educate customers on our products and services, including account types, loans, and digital banking options

· Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues as needed.

· Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their financial well-being.

· Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
