Responsibilities
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
- Utilize JobTread Software to create detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements
- Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner
- Manage change orders
- Prepare estimate vs actual reports
- Help with materials purchasing
- Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as needed throughout the construction process
- 5 years of experience in residential construction, estimating or accounting
- Estimating experience not required with a strong history in construction management
- Proficiency in JobTread Software (will train)
- Strong ability to form relationships with subcontractors
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Seeking full-time employment
