We currently have openings for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our caring team of professionals. There are two schedules available; Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, with rotating holidays. Therapists may select their own 8-hour schedule between the hours of 7am-8pm.
Responsible for diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, affective or behavioral. Apply psychotherapeutic theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and mental disorders. Assess, diagnose and provide clinical services for those with behavioral health disorders.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other recognized therapeutic field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of four plus years experience as a therapist with two or more years of experience with the specific population of the facility.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- LPC or LSW or LCPC or LCSW
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
- First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide psychotherapy services to patients as scheduled.
- Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate for the patient's treatment plan.
- Provide initial treatment planning for patients based on assessment, coordinate any additional services needed, and revise as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards, revising as necessary.
- Maintain a caseload as assigned.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient as appropriate to their treatment plan.
- May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Provide case management, discharge planning, or after-care planning according to the treatment plan.
- May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or therapeutic crisis intervention.
- May coordinate various clinical, psychosocial, or educational activities with the patient and their families.
- Evaluate patient's needs and determine if referrals to other programs or facilities are needed.
- May assist in the training of new clinical staff and interns.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
