Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive business growth
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients and partners

  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing budgets and driving revenue growth
