Our company is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee all sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing a team, and driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive business growth
- Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing budgets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing technologies and tools
