50 West Street Condominium is seeking a full-time Concierge with the goal of providing an exceptional customer service experience to residents & visitors. You may be a great fit if you are friendly, hardworking, enjoy helping people, and have exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience preferred in high-end luxury High-rise Condominiums.
• Self-motivated with detail-oriented skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of computer uses and programs such as BuildingLink, KeyLink, Email, Microsoft Word & Excel, and more.
• Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining excellent Lobby cleanliness and appearance.
• Greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors, in person, by phone & email.
• Accepting and checking in packages & dry cleaning.
• Processing and approving vendor insurance and other required documentation.
• Assisting with Door-Person duties.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarm board, key fob, elevator, and other systems.
• Preparing and managing service requests.
• Properly communicating messages to Resident Manager, Management, and Colleagues.

32BJ regulations determine salary. Prospective employees applying with 32BJ membership will start at $27.95 per hour, employees applying without previous 32BJ membership will make $21.96 for the first year and salary will then be raised to the current union salary at the time.
