What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management position at Time Management of New York, Inc?

Our organization is currently hiring a Property Management Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with property management, an interest in real estate and the ability to work well with others. The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the current inventory of commercial/residential real estate assets and overseeing all client interactions. He or she will serve as the liaison regularly communicating and coordination information between clients and property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the physical maintenance of real estate.
  • Track and file leases on rental properties.
  • Maintain information about units and tenants.
  • Handle security deposits, rent payments, and tenant requests.
  • Meet with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Marketing of properties.
  • Website maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
