Job Description

 

TMS is looking for a detail oriented, reliable and a problem solver in day to day Payroll/HR operations. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional time- management. Confidentiality is a key factor to the success of this position. This employee will develop and implement the Payroll and HR software application for TMS clients.  

 

Job Requirements

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Payroll/HR systems for current and new TMS clients. 
  • Interpret Payroll/HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Reviews and initiates continuous Payroll/HR process improvement, including training.
  • Assist with implementing payroll, benefits, applicant tracking and onboarding for all clients.
  • Develop relationships with all levels of the organization to establish trust and credibility.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Assist others in areas as needed.
     

Education, Experience and Certifications: 
Minimum of three years of payroll/human resources experience required.
Experience with payroll processing and payroll taxes.
Minimum of two years of customer support.
