Position Overview: A Hydraulic Installation Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the proper functioning of hydraulic equipment, machinery, and systems in various industries, such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hydraulic System Installation:
  • Install, assemble, and test hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, hoses, cylinders, and reservoirs.
  • Ensure that hydraulic systems meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan and execute installations.
• Testing and Calibration:
  • Conduct pressure and flow tests to verify the performance and efficiency of hydraulic systems.
  • Calibrate hydraulic equipment and components to meet operational requirements.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of hydraulic system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Create reports and documentation for clients and internal records.
• Safety Compliance:
