The Kindness Team Manager creates a unique interaction between our patients, staff and retail partners in support of sales execution, market growth and industry dominance. Oversee the daily operations of the Kindness Team, scheduling, lead and demonstrate Kindness Team training, mission and values. Leads budtender education and is a reliable source of information on all things Timeless. Kindness Team Manager works with Regional Kindness Team Leads and Leadership to execute Timeless national branding campaigns on a regional level. Ensures that the Kindness Team is educating, engaging, exciting and inspiring patients & dispensary staff regarding all facets of Timeless and it’s house of Brands. Communicate with all necessary departments easily using company procedure. Work with the Kindness Team and ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. Follow the chain of command set in place when questions or issues evolve.
Job Responsibilities:
In the Field - Engage, Educate, Excite, and Inspire:
- Leads with positive intent, striving to make the Timeless Kindness Team the best it can be.
- Create and leads trainings in the field
- Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Timeless products.
- Schedules Kindness Team for In Store Activations (ISA’s), Blitz, 3rd party & Timeless Branded Events, Trainings & Budtender Educations
- Engage patients and dispensary staff as the face of Timeless with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
- Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
- Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects Timeless Brands merchandising strategy and standards.
- Educating the Kindness Team and ensuring they are exemplifying the Timeless in-store experience
- Communicating field information to the National Kindness Team Director.
- Works closely with Sales to ensure promotions are being ran as scheduled
- Sorts and files all Kindness Team Field recaps and reports field data to the National Kindness Team Director
Preparation & Planning:
- Assists in organizing photos from events & recaps and upload them to the drive
- Communicates information, data & questions that come directly from the field
- Organizes monthly marketing collateral and preps for delivery as well as assigning travel routes
- Open communication with the National Kindness Team Manager, Sales, Branding & Kindness Team.
- Assists with preparation and delivery of monthly Budtender incentives
- Inputs Dispensary & event promotions in Monday.com and communicates that schedule to branding at the end of each week to be included in the weekly Timeless newsletter.
- Manages field data and organizes monthly training with the Kindness team.
- Updates Kindness Team and company FAQs
- Updates the Kindness Team Calendar on the Timeless website (weekly)
- Ensuring the Kindness Team is dressing on brand and following brand policy and dispensary interaction.
Management Duties:
- Manages daily operations and communication with the Kindness Team
- Schedules Kindness Team staff & manage ISA & event schedule to ensure each employee is working the approved set of hours
- Assess and maintain Kindness Team timesheets for accuracy and bi-weekly payroll
- Submits Kindness Team Member mileage reports to accounting each week
- Conduct Performance Reviews for Regional Kindness Team

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing and promotions
- Ability to work unpredictable hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
