The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. As a member of the Solution Delivery organization, the Systems Analyst - Coupa will analyze business processes and, working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts, develop, document, and deliver end-to-end Coupa process and systems solutions which enable strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of the Coupa S2P system, consisting of user administration, release management, and system testing and troubleshooting.
- Configuration with building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks.
- Create, manage, and document reports and dashboards to provide users with insights into their spending and other key metrics.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure that the Coupa platform is running smoothly.
- Implement new features and updates to keep the Coupa platform up-to-date and secure.
- Work with other internal IT staff and external service providers to ensure integration with other systems, such as ERP and CRM systems.
- System administration involving user on and offboarding, user access updates, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Troubleshooting of system and integration errors, and building processes using the Process Automaton functionality.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to assess business requirements and propose system solutions.
- Providing audit support through generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks.
- Complete testing during new system implementation projects and regression testing for scheduled system releases.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable.
- Create systems documents, inclusive of architectural design, business requirements, functional design, user manuals, test scripts and training materials.
- Conduct training for end users on current and new system features and processes.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Contribute to the design for and deployment of incorporated end-to-end solutions, working cross-department with other IT delivery team members to ensure efficient and effective design, development, and implementation of solutions.
- Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support.
- Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, improvements, forms, and/or workflow.
- Partner with development colleagues to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and enforce to needed quality.
Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree related to Information Systems, Business, or other similar academic subject area with a minimum 3 years of job experience in IT or process area(s) are preferred qualifications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 3 years of experience in one or more Coupa and JDE/Maximo/SAP modules; Preferred Coupa module experience includes Supplier Information Management (SIM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Sourcing.
- Knowledge of standard Source to Pay Coupa and SAP localizations supporting global deployments.
- Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
- Proven high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes.
- Maintains a positive work culture through teamwork & conflict resolution.
- Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with multiple levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.
