Client Relations Coordinator – This is a Full-Time role responsible for generating replacement market business and providing outstanding Customer support. Requirements:
1-3 years of experience with high-volume outbound calling/call center experience
Experience in technical sales is a plus
Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office required
High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in owning and meeting goals and objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great Customer service always
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Willingness to consent to a background check: social security, prior employment, education verification, criminal history check, and pre-employment drug screening
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not provided)

Responsibilities:
Sourcing Replacement Market sales opportunities through daily, high-volume outbound calling
Responding to inbound Customer support calls, emails, etc.; resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved issues
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in replacement products
Reaching or exceeding sales targets
Maintain a professional presence and communicate effectively
Follow-up, monitor, and complete commitments to successful outcomes for Customers
Maintain and update Customer information/database, as necessary
Salary and Benefits:
Starting base salary ranges from $35,000 – 45,000, plus a bonus structure
