What you’ll do  

The mission for the Sr. Manager, Programmatic is to manage a pod of team members across various accounts, drive division-wide initiatives to strengthen the Programmatic team, and lead and develop a high performing team through a passion for mentorship and coaching. This role requires expert level understanding of and experience in Programmatic strategies as well as the ability to steward overarching, successful strategy on client work. The Sr. Manager ensures all campaigns are activated flawlessly, but also helps to manage the day to day client comms & shape the tactical media strategy. You will:

  • Lead and develop a team of strong performing Programmatic team members through mentorship and thought leadership
  • Ensure client business objectives and strategies are successfully executed and achieved on Programmatics’ most complex campaigns 
  • Meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to create accountability between Display and other Tinuiti divisions 
  • Manage Key Programmatic Platforms with Proficient Knowledge to Deliver Trading Excellence 
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry and share learnings to enhance Tinuiti’s position as a Programmatic Display thought leader

 

Who you are

This role requires a highly collaborative individual who is analytical and uses data-enabled problem solving capabilities to deliver flawless campaign execution – meeting and exceeding client business goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in programmatic campaign management (display, video, mobile); in-console experience with DSPs and exchange-based media buying; superior analytical thinking ability, excellent presentation /client servicing skills. You will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience and expert knowledge of digital buying, hands-on experience using demand-side platforms a plus
  • Experience managing media teams and client relationships
  • Experience working with large data sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally centric teams
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to coach others in shortcuts
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party verification tools, including IAS
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau

FLSA Classification: Exempt
