Solution Engineer
Analytics Division – Multiple States, Remote – Full time Position
A Solution Engineer is a clever and resourceful problem solver who has a knack for comprehending, applying and communicating technical concepts. Engaging with large and small companies alike, the Solution Engineer is revered for implementing foundational data and integration solutions that make advanced analytics possible.
Working remotely on a dispersed team as well as having internal and external customers lends several opportunities to explore and refine skills on every engagement. Implementing most solutions in the cloud, the Solution Engineer will contribute to all phases of software delivery - analysis, design, document, develop and test - of various projects with a focus on time to market, quality and supportability.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with clients and internal team members to deliver meaningful and accurate custom solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing capability of the team by creating and applying patterns, templates and best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing capability of the team by learning, teaching and being easy to work with.
- Align with clients and internal security to employ best practices to ensure data security.
- Analyze and learn new APIs in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
- Act as a technical advisor to internal and external clients.
- Document implementation details and run books.
- Collaborate across teams to drive the implementation and delivery of all projects.
- Stay informed on the marketing and advertising industry trends and latest technologies around 1st party data on-boarding, identity resolution, measurement and customer data platforms.
- Maintain legacy code, migrating to newer platforms as they are created/updated.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a related engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical, client facing role preferably in the advertising and marketing industry.
- Proven track record of delivering on project requirements and commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud technologies and serverless execution.
- Experience implementing modern data integration and orchestration using APIs.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with Oauth and other credential API processes.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
