Client Growth Advisor (Sales Executive)

FLSA: Full-Time | Salaried; Exempt

Reports to: Director of Operations CEO

Expected Comp Range: $50k-$75k perannum plus commission/ DOE


Remote; Ideal Location: (AL, GA, FL, CO, NJ, KS, MS) - All Locations will be considered.


Job Description:

tinyRHINO is seeking a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Client Growth Advisor to build and maintain long term client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage a client “book of business” and effectively communicate the value propositions of the organization through presentations and proposals. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for creating and communicating sales goals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, working  closely with the Director of Operations and CEO on all progress of sales goals. 


Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate client needs. Additionally, the position involves conducting market research to pinpoint sales opportunities and assess customer needs, actively pursuing new sales prospects through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and oversee a client "book of business" effectively, maintaining detailed records and communication logs.
  • Present and articulate the value propositions of the organization through engaging presentations and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and CEO, to establish and communicate sales goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress towards sales goals, providing regular updates and reports to the Director of Operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets and initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate client needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects through proactive outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Continuously assess and adapt sales strategies based on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Consistently achieve revenue growth and margin targets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales of existing customers, client base growth and retention for the region.
  • Strengthen/build relationships with existing and new clients who are of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Build relationships with top Level Clients and Key Organizations within the dental space.
  • Ensure that team members establish a high level of relationship with the client/decision makers.
  • Assist in the design, recommendation and implementation of sales and marketing programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies and objectives;
  • Assist and support the implementation and integration of tinyRHINO Services to ensure maximum efficient and effective management of Sales processes and account management.
  • Analyze regional market and competitor’s products and provide market intelligence to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Develop and deliver accurate monthly/annual forecasts and sales reports for the region as required.
  • Participate in National, Regional & State trade shows, sales meetings, and quarterly regional review meetings and attend other meetings as directed.

  • Solid knowledge and previous experience in the Dental market is a plus.

  • Provide strong leadership to the team by setting goals and driving the organization toward achieving the company's goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in Management, Business, or similar; required. MBA preferred.
  • Eight to Ten years in a dental/healthcare sales role with demonstrable experiences in managing and leading a team and building a department; required.
  • Awards and accolades from previous positions to reflect sales track record.
