Job Description summary:
EVS Attendant A and EVS Attendant B
Responsible for the general cleaning of all public areas, restrooms and offices throughout the entire project complex as needed.
EVS Attendant B
In addition to the duties of Attendant A, Attendant B will use equipment to strip, wax, and buff floors, extract carpets and do power washing when designated by EVS Foreman.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Ensures all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to on assigned shift.
- Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
- Maintains strict adherence that all OSHA Safety rules, and company safety regulations are followed.
- Responsible for advising management of repairs and replacements necessary in assigned areas and is accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of the public areas, restrooms, and offices.
- Interacts with customers and other project departments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clean carpets, machines, tables and chairs/other furniture, windows and light fixtures.
- Sanitize and maintain bathrooms.
- All high dusting.
- Floor coverings.
- Clean beverage server area.
- Deep cleaning in all kitchens (including hoods)/ food and beverage venues.
- Garbage/Trash removal/Cleaning trash cans
- Vacuuming
- Set up tables and chairs for events.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure and technical manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
