Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a friendly customer experience is provided in every interaction.
  • Detailed working knowledge of the La-Z-Boy and Tipperary Sales warranties, La-Z-Boy furniture as well as other products or services offered by Tipperary Sales.
  • Ensuring all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution.
  • Problem-solving to determine the proper course of action need with each customer issue. Effectively communicating the service process with the customer.
  • Processing service reports accurately and efficiently as is necessary to the proper function of the service department.
  • Being prepared to make decisions regarding customer service issues within approved guidelines.
  • Accurately complete documentation for all work minimizing errors to reduce client impact.
  • Operate within company policies and procedures and warranty terms while adhering to all delegated authorities.

Qualifications


Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification. *
  • Previous Customer Service, and/or Retail experience is preferred. *
  • Must be professional, polite, friendly and a team player.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be proficient at Data Entry.
  • Flexible Availability.
  • Previous Call Center experience is a plus.
