ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluate customer's needs and recommend products and services based on the specific needs and interests of the customer. Assess potential issues thoroughly.
- Follow each customer ticket through to completion.
- Providing Outstanding Customer Service to every customer.
- Use problem solving skills to address customer concerns and/or issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Fills out paperwork fully and accurately following company policy and procedures.
- Responds timely to customer needs and delivers product.
- Ensure sales growth for store location.
- Make customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
- Motivate colleagues to perform to their highest potential.
- Travel to customer locations within assigned sales region

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales experience with Commercial tires
- Experience with Fleet or Wholesale preferred.
- Strong Customer Service Experience
- Tire Industry sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting
Salary : $62,800 - $79,500
