What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Advisor position at Tire Doctor Automotive Center?

Job responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and gathering vehicle and service information upon arrival
- Clearly writing up and communicating service needs with technicians to minimize errors in service
- Making recommendations to customers and helping them to make informed decisions about their vehicle's care
- Answering phone calls and giving estimates for service requests as well as contacting customers regarding service updates
- Keeping the front desk and lobby neat and creating a welcoming environment for customers
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous experience in the automotive field. The position starts at $12-15/hour depending on relevant prior experience. All full-time positions have access to health insurance, 401K, Paid Time off, and other benefits.
