A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR - VEHICLE REPAIR SHOP MANAGER

Your role as an Automotive Service Advisor - Vehicle Repair Shop Manager is essential to keeping everything running smoothly, in an effort to meet deadlines. You cheerfully assist our customers and assess their vehicle's needs both in-person and over the phone. You also provide recommendations, schedule appointments, and answer any other questions that they may have. In order to keep organized, you also document and write customer invoices and monitor sales to meet both personal and store goals. Your superb customer service skills and the ability to keep things organized, help our business succeed!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of multiple tire brands (we will train you if needed!)

Any industry certifications and experience in other successful tire and auto repair stores is a huge plus. Also, any knowledge of Identifix and other similar software is helpful.
