Tire Rack is looking for a fantastic Phone Operator to join our Customer Care team. This team member will provide a positive first impression to our customers. The ideal candidate will naturally project a friendly, professional demeanor and be someone who can speak clearly and distinctly.
What You Will Do:
- Direct a high volume of calls to the proper person or department;
- Follow-up with customers via email and text.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to obtain accurate and complete information from a high volume of callers;
- Ability to effectively contribute as an individual and as a team member.
Hours
- Part-Time / 3 days per week ;
- Monday and Wednesday 4pm-8pm
- Saturday 9am-4pm.
