Our Intake specialists serve as the first point of contact with frustrated timeshare owners and set the foundation for the expectations of our company. We take pride in giving our customers transparent and straightforward solutions that are tailored to their personal needs, so we’re looking for someone who excels at establishing trust and building relationships over the phone. This is a Crucial Role in our process and we need adaptable, eager, and motivated individuals to fill this position.
We have entry-level employees making $35k -$85k a year!

Intake * Specialists Qualifications: *
- Hustle Factor: Don’t get discouraged by objections, and you’re persistent when it comes to reaching your goals
- Self-motivated: Love setting the bar high, and have a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Personable: Great at building rapport, friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people.
- Passionate: All about solving real problems, not just “pitching.”
- Results-driven: Able to think on your feet and love overcoming obstacles
- Adaptability: Open to feedback and coaching and ready to take your sales skills to the next level.
- Organization: Know how to allocate your time effectively and properly document the information given
- Empathetic: A good listener who knows how to get a real sense of customers' needs; even if they can't quite say it
Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently Convert lead inquiries into a quality appointment you will schedule for the sales team
- Prep detailed oriented files for each client- outline accurate information of experience with timeshare developer
- Maintain effective organization of follow up tasks, of the leads you are given
- Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in-person
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and good client relationship
- Follow up on sales activity
- Source and develop client files from referrals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
