As a Service Administrator you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:
- Taking Care of Our Customers: Complete all administrative work associated with the service department, including work order and warranty claim administration
- Being an Expert: Obtain customer contact information, unit, make, model, serial number, and payment method for all repairs.
- Showing Commitment to Excellence: Monitor customer machines’ warranty status to support the Service Deaprtment in proactively scheduling inspections and work prior to warranty expirations and advise on extended warranty options
- Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.
Qualifications
This position is a great fit for your career if you:
- Have 1 years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
- Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
- Have great attention to detail, and enjoy working with numbers and reports
- Enjoy ‘tying up loose ends’ and connecting with multiple people to help bring a project to the finish line
- Love to learn and stay up-to-date on product training
