- Taking Care of Our Customers: Be open, honest, and proactive in your communications with customers on service topics, including repair estimates and proper maintenance schedules. Resolve customer complaints and build customer relationships through exceptional service and personal integrity.
- Being an Expert: Manage all aspects of department workflow and administration according to Titan Policy and Procedure, and in a profitable manner.
- Showing Commitment to Excellence: Build, motivate, and retain a team of factory-trained service employees that consistently meet or exceed company goals and dealer standards.
- Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and all of the team members at your location safe. Ensure that all semis and company vehicles are maintained and operated safely, and according to federal, state, and local laws.
Qualifications
This position is a great fit for your career if you:
- Have 2 years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
- Enjoy coordinating, arranging, and scheduling the work of multiple employees to maximize team efficiency and performance
- Are motivated to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Enjoy communicating with a variety of people in a day; this includes email, text, face-to-face, and over the phone.
- Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work
- Love to learn and stay up-to-date on product training
