What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator Intern (20 hours PW) position at Titan?
The Role
Video has been a core differentiator for us. But, we've largely deprioritized video because we haven't had the mindshare to singularly focus on proactively thinking through video concepts. This role will have permission to rethink video formats, content style and generally be a creative force to explore visual creative broadly. We want someone who loves creating interesting video content and prides themselves on being nimble, super creative and shipping quickly. We have high quality studio equipment ready for you to use, but you should feel as comfortable using your iPhone as a DSLR.
TL;DR: We’re looking for a creative force to help bring highly creative, thoughtful video work to life in-app, web and on social.
What you’ll do
- This internship role will be in charge of creating best-in-class and unique content for in-product and social.
- You will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions
- Creating 2-3 pieces of original, engaging, and strategic content per week
- Uplevel any of the existing video franchises.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
- You’ll be assessed based on the quality of the ideas, quality of draft concepts and quality of the videos made.
Qualifications
- Hands-on film making experience— demonstrated ability to actually make, edit, shoot, (swiss army knife) for content making.
- Experience with DSLR cameras, sound and lighting equipment. But equally comfortable using iPhone as you would be on a DSLR.
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier
- Hunger to want to solve things creatively and ship creative
- Ability to handle (tough) feedback with ease
- Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
- Nice to have:
- Finance knowledge
- Pursuing degree in Film Studies, Cinematography or related field

Anticipated annual salary range: $20-40 per hour depending on experience. 20 hours per week required.
